The location was perfect, with fewer crowds on the beach and stunning sunset views. The evening happy hour added a fun vibe, and the attentive staff genuinely enhanced our experience.

By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Balabag, had much fun and met outstandingly helpful staff with proper customer service. The venue was in a beachfront location near to D'Mall in Sation 2 where most of the restaurants were located as well as the airport. Had tea and goodies at True Home Bistro, nestled 1 km of the hotel;)))

The hotel provided a sensational buffet breakfast. I had a truly memorable experience and would stay here again...

I spent 3 nights in a Standard Triple Room, and loved the unique cabana amenities. The beachfront access was perfect for relaxation. Their affordable happy hour made it even better. The staff was super accommodating.

The breakfast served was savoury, everything you could wish for, with a meal to-go and an egg station, as for instance. Neat and fashionable room, it included climate control, flat-screen television and a safe. The location was the best, adjacent to the beach in Station 1, port, and the restaurant which extends to the bar, stayed here during my weekend.

Great beachfront access made mornings special with a beautiful view. The cabanas added a cozy touch. Staff genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable, which I appreciated. The restaurant offered a nice menu, but the breakfast could definitely improve. I found it often uninspired and lacking variety. Had issues with the hot water in the shower, sometimes taking ages to warm up, and the WiFi was annoyingly spotty. The place was like it needed some updates in terms of amenities and maintenance, like addressing the old TV and plumbing issues. Not everything was perfect, but the nice ambiance and friendly service kept the experience enjoyable.

The unique cabana amenities added charm to our stay. Access to the beach was straightforward. I appreciated the affordable happy hour, where the specials brought life to the evenings. The refreshing fruit shakes at the beachfront bar were a good treat.

The wifi connection occasionally was unreliable, which disrupted our online activities.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities.

The standard triple room was spacious and had a lovely balcony for drying wet clothes. Perfect view of the beautiful beach. The staff provided really good service,. Especially the attentive beachside attendants.

I really loved the location! Beachfront vibes with clean sand and chill atmosphere. Staff were super nice and helpful, always smiling. The only bummer was the wifi. It wasn't the best and kinda made things tricky when I wanted to check stuff online. The bar by the beach was awesome for late afternoons!
